Humanlike Hiring for AI assistants

What it does

Connect your Humanlike hiring workspace to Claude, ChatGPT, Muse or any MCP client. Ask about your jobs, review candidates and their AI interview results, move them through your pipeline, rate them and add notes, all from the chat.

Requirements

A Humanlike account that belongs to a hiring workspace. Create one if you have none.
Any role can read. Owners, admins, recruiters and HR can make changes.

Connect

Claude

Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector (or find Humanlike Hiring in the directory).
Paste https://api.humanlike.co/mcp/hiring and press Add.
Press Connect, sign in to Humanlike and approve access.

ChatGPT

Open Settings, then Apps and Connectors (find Humanlike Hiring in the directory, or turn on Developer mode to add it by URL).
Create a connector with the URL https://api.humanlike.co/mcp/hiring and OAuth authentication.
Sign in to Humanlike and approve access.

Muse

Open Connectors and choose Humanlike Hiring, or add a custom connector.
Use https://api.humanlike.co/mcp/hiring and sign in to Humanlike when asked.

Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients

Add a remote (streamable HTTP) server with the URL https://api.humanlike.co/mcp/hiring.
Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http humanlike-hiring https://api.humanlike.co/mcp/hiring
The client opens a browser window to sign in to Humanlike the first time.

If you belong to several workspaces, each tool takes a workspace name; the first workspace you joined is the default.

Candidate lists, the pipeline and candidate profiles show as interactive cards in Claude and ChatGPT.

New jobs start as drafts. Adding a candidate or moving one to another stage runs the automations you set up for that job, which can email or call the candidate, and emails go out from your own mailbox, so assistants are told to confirm with you first.

Try asking

Which jobs have new applicants this week?
Show the candidates for the Senior Chef job who finished the AI interview, best rated first.
Summarise Maria Papadopoulou's application and AI interview.
Create a draft job for a part-time barista in Athens, €900 a month.
Move Nikos to the Interview stage and add a note that he speaks German.

Data and privacy

You sign in with your Humanlike account (OAuth). The assistant never sees your password.
The assistant only reaches workspaces you are a member of, with the permissions of your role.
Tool results (job and candidate details) are sent to the assistant you connected, under that assistant's own terms.
We keep a log of tool calls (tool name, time, workspace) for security. We do not use your data to train models.

Disconnect

Remove the connector in your assistant's settings. Its access stops right away.
To revoke every assistant at once or delete data, email us (below) or use data deletion.
