Delete your data

These instructions cover Humanlike AI accounts and information received through connected services, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. You do not need to sign in to request deletion.

  1. Stop access to a connected account

    Disconnect the account in Humanlike's integration settings. You can also remove Humanlike AI from the connected platform's app permissions or business integrations. For Google and YouTube, use Google account permissions. Disconnecting YouTube in Humanlike removes its stored connection credentials and imported account profile. This does not delete workspace drafts, reports, livestream records or content already on YouTube. Revoking access in Google is checked separately by our backend; request deletion below for other stored data. Disconnecting other platforms does not automatically delete their stored data.

  2. Send a deletion request

    Email minas@humanlike.co with the subject “Humanlike data deletion request”. Include your Humanlike account email, the connected platform and account username or Page name, and whether you want that integration's data or your whole Humanlike account deleted. Do not include passwords or access tokens.

  3. Verification and confirmation

    We may ask you to verify that you control the account before removing data. We process verified requests within 30 days, subject to applicable legal retention requirements, and reply by email when complete or if an exception or further information is needed. You can use the same email thread to check progress.

What deletion covers

For an integration, you can request removal of stored authorization tokens, account identifiers, imported profile information, cached posts, messages or comments, analytics, and media held for that connection. Tell us whether to include drafts and reports you created in the workspace. Data belonging to other workspace members requires separate authorization.

Deleting information from Humanlike does not remove posts or messages already sent to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok or other services, and does not delete your account with those services. Manage those directly on the relevant platform.
